Andrew Ng

Andrew Ng offers a course on Machine Learning that will help you get started if neural networks interest you. Although the course covers the same subject matter, it uses Python or C++. Although the course is simple, its content is very comprehensive and suitable for beginners. Excellent teacher, the instructor. Although you may initially feel overwhelmed, you'll soon learn to embrace this wonderful new technology.

Coursera Deep Learning

The best Coursera deep learning courses teach the theory and practical applications of deep learning, as well as best practices. Clear materials and programming assignments are provided. Expert instructors also assist students. Here are some pros and cons to each course:

Keras library

This course will teach you how to create deep learning models using the Keras Python library. Deep learning is a field of machine learning in which algorithms are based on artificial neural networks that mimic the structure of the human brain. Keras could be used for a career involving data analytics, software engineering or bioinformatics. The coursera program is free, and there are over a dozen video lectures and interactive exercises.

Classification in neural networks

There are several options for students who want to learn more about Classification in Neural Networks. Andrew Ng will teach this course. Andrew Ng is the instructor. It teaches students how build deep learning models from scratch, and how to apply them in various applications. The programming assignments were not part of the course, so I don't know if it will teach me anything. This is a great way for you to start in this fascinating field.

Benefits of working with real-life material

The coursera neural network specialization allows you to learn about neural networks using real-world materials such as audio, video, and images. Deep learning can also be applied to healthcare, autonomous driving, natural language processing, and sign language. Experience real-life material allows for excitement and practical results. This can help you to advance your career by learning from experts in these areas. This Coursera course is an excellent place to start.

FAQ

What does AI do?

An algorithm is a sequence of instructions that instructs a computer to solve a problem. An algorithm can be described as a sequence of steps. Each step has an execution date. A computer executes each instructions sequentially until all conditions can be met. This is repeated until the final result can be achieved.

Let's say, for instance, you want to find 5. You could write down every single number between 1 and 10, calculate the square root for each one, and then take the average. That's not really practical, though, so instead, you could write down the following formula:

sqrt(x) x^0.5

This is how to square the input, then divide it by 2 and multiply by 0.5.

This is the same way a computer works. It takes the input and divides it. Then, it multiplies that number by 0.5. Finally, it outputs its answer.

How do you think AI will affect your job?

AI will replace certain jobs. This includes drivers, taxi drivers as well as cashiers and workers in fast food restaurants.

AI will create new jobs. This includes business analysts, project managers as well product designers and marketing specialists.

AI will make it easier to do current jobs. This applies to accountants, lawyers and doctors as well as teachers, nurses, engineers, and teachers.

AI will make existing jobs more efficient. This includes agents and sales reps, as well customer support representatives and call center agents.

What does AI look like today?

Artificial intelligence (AI), which is also known as natural language processing, artificial agents, neural networks, expert system, etc., is an umbrella term. It's also known by the term smart machines.

Alan Turing was the one who wrote the first computer programs. He was curious about whether computers could think. He proposed an artificial intelligence test in his paper, "Computing Machinery and Intelligence." The test asks whether a computer program is capable of having a conversation between a human and a computer.

John McCarthy, who introduced artificial intelligence in 1956, coined the term "artificial Intelligence" in his article "Artificial Intelligence".

Many types of AI-based technologies are available today. Some are simple and easy to use, while others are much harder to implement. They include voice recognition software, self-driving vehicles, and even speech recognition software.

There are two major types of AI: statistical and rule-based. Rule-based relies on logic to make decision. For example, a bank account balance would be calculated using rules like If there is $10 or more, withdraw $5; otherwise, deposit $1. Statistical uses statistics to make decisions. To predict what might happen next, a weather forecast might examine historical data.

Is Alexa an artificial intelligence?

Yes. But not quite yet.

Alexa is a cloud-based voice service developed by Amazon. It allows users interact with devices by speaking.

The Echo smart speaker first introduced Alexa's technology. Other companies have since created their own versions with similar technology.

These include Google Home and Microsoft's Cortana.

Who are the leaders in today's AI market?

Artificial Intelligence (AI), a subfield of computer science, focuses on the creation of intelligent machines that can perform tasks normally required by human intelligence. This includes speech recognition, translation, visual perceptual perception, reasoning, planning and learning.

There are many types of artificial intelligence technologies available today, including machine learning and neural networks, expert system, evolutionary computing and genetic algorithms, as well as rule-based systems and case-based reasoning. Knowledge representation and ontology engineering are also included.

It has been argued that AI cannot ever fully understand the thoughts of humans. Recent advances in deep learning have allowed programs to be created that are capable of performing specific tasks.

Google's DeepMind unit has become one of the most important developers of AI software. Demis Hassabis founded it in 2010, having been previously the head for neuroscience at University College London. DeepMind developed AlphaGo in 2014 to allow professional players to play Go.

Are there any risks associated with AI?

Of course. They will always be. AI poses a significant threat for society as a whole, according to experts. Others argue that AI can be beneficial, but it is also necessary to improve quality of life.

AI's misuse potential is the greatest concern. Artificial intelligence can become too powerful and lead to dangerous results. This includes autonomous weapons and robot rulers.

AI could also replace jobs. Many people fear that robots will take over the workforce. However, others believe that artificial Intelligence could help workers focus on other aspects.

Some economists even predict that automation will lead to higher productivity and lower unemployment.
